About Dan Fauchier
Dan Fauchier is an experienced facilitator for Project ReAlignment, Lean Partnering and cross-organizational team effectiveness, a construction dispute resolutionist, forensics consultant, design manager, construction project manager, college teacher, mediator, arbitrator and construction management expert...
...with over thirty years experience in direct, hands-on development, design and construction management on projects from $250,000 to $140,000,000, and forensics consulting for over $3,000,000,000 in projects nationwide and partnering on nearly $7 Billion in current projects.
As Vice President of The ReAlignment Group, Ltd., based in La Jolla, CA, one of Dan's major clients is URS/Bovis Lend Lease JV on the $2 Billion California prison health care initiative to build 3,400 new hospital beds by 2013, working under the Court ordered urgency and using collaboration to integrate Alignment partnering and lean project delivery in design-build co-opetition contracts.
Since 1997, Dan has trained over 4,000 construction professionals nationwide in nearly 300 one-day and three-day construction management and forensics seminars and workshops. He is a contributing writer for the book Megaprojects: Challenges and Recommended Practices, published by ACEC in 2009.
